Uniquely Yours Return Policy
We Special Order YOUR Dress!
Please remember because we special order your dress in the size and color you choose, most retail shops including ours have a no return policy on special orders unless the merchandise is damaged. Most all dresses are easily altered by any local seamstress.
All merchandise is inspected before shipment but on the rare occasion that you may receive damaged merchandise, damage must be reported to Uniquely Yours the day you receive your purchases or no refund will be issued. You will be given a tracking number to be enclosed with the damaged merchandise. Please refer to the tracking number if making inquiries about your return. You may return for replacement or refund.
Adjustments will be made after Uniquely Yours receives merchandise back. Uniquely Yours will pay the postage and handling on any replacement merchandise.
